The Cadí-Moixeró range hosts the Ultra Pirineu, one of Europe's iconic mountain ultras, and its runnable crests and steep forest tracks make it a trail-running arena the rest of the year. The Moixeró ridge with the Cadí wall opposite is one of the great runs of the pre-Pyrenees.
In season: Jun–Oct · Peak: Jul–Sep
Steep, high, technical running with serious vertical; the full race line is a mountain ultra, but forest-track loops from the valleys give easier days. Summer and early autumn only.

Base in Baga, the race start. Recce the Moixeró ridge and the Baga valley loops before attempting the full line; carry layers and water for the exposed crest.
