Dahab's Blue Hole drops to more than 100 m just a few metres from shore, and its famous Arch opens at about 55 m. Calm, warm, deep water close to land has made it one of the busiest freediving training centres in the world.
In season: Year-round · Peak: Apr–Jun, Sep–Nov
Courses for every level, daily line sessions from shore and a relaxed town. Depth diving always happens with a buddy and safety line; the Arch is only for highly trained divers.
Book a course with an established freediving school in Dahab, starting with a beginner certification. Train at the Blue Hole with a buddy and never dive alone.
