Why go
Jaskinia Niedźwiedzia at Kletno was found when quarrymen blew open a chamber system stuffed with the remains of cave bears that had died there over tens of thousands of years. It is the finest decorated cave in the country by a distance.
Above it, the Śnieżnik massif gives a long open ridge with a Czech border tower on top. Cave in the morning, ridge in the afternoon, and the drive out through the Kłodzko valley is worth the trip on its own.
