The airfield at Leszno is one of the great gliding centres of Europe, with a long record of national and world championships. Strong summer thermals over the flat Wielkopolska plain make it ideal both for long cross-country flights and for learning to soar.

Introductory flights with an instructor for beginners, and courses and glider hire for licensed pilots. Summer thermal days are the prime season; flying stops in poor weather.
