Why go

Singletrack Glacensis threads hand-built trails through the forests of the Kłodzko Land, from the spa towns of Polanica and Duszniki to Bystrzyca Kłodzka and the slopes above Międzygórze. It is one of the longest trail networks in Central Europe, built for flowing, natural riding rather than bike-park jumps.

  2. Bystrzyca Kłodzka network

    moderate

Longer and quieter, the best riding in the valley

  3. Międzygórze descents

    hard

Steepest lines on the Śnieżnik side

How to start

Base in Polanica-Zdrój, Duszniki-Zdrój or Bystrzyca Kłodzka and pick up the trail maps. Start on the busy Polanica and Duszniki loops, then ride the quieter Bystrzyca network and the Międzygórze descents.
