Why go

The Romincka Forest straddles the border in the far north-east of Poland and is one of the least-visited wild places in the country. In late September the red deer rut fills the forest with roaring stags, wolves and elk roam the clearings, and the tall arches of the Stańczyki viaducts rise above the Błędzianka valley.
